In this final studio project, we were tasked with creating a hall/theater, situated in Pittsburgh, equidistant to two major schools in the area. I chose to take this as an opportunity to perhaps reintroduce the classical music into younger communities, as I have been a direct witness to the lack of exposure teenagers are getting to classical pieces. By developing the design for a symphony hall, I dedicated my site to creating an inclusive and flexible space for students to not only discover a new genre of music through performances, but also engage in the community in various other ways with classes and social events in the spaces throughout the building catering to the people.
